The bachelor thesis deals with unmanned aerial vehicles equipped by thermal imaging cameras. The aim of the final thesis was to explain the possibilities of using unmanned devices in firefighting practice. The first chapter is dedicated to thermovision, its physical principle and describes construction of thermal imaging camera. The second chapter is focused on unmanned aerial vehicles, familiarizing us with their development and categorizing them according to various criteria. The next part is dedicated to the current situation in the HaZZ SR, to the equipment used and to the possibilities of its deployment. In the last part are described advantages offered by unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with thermovision, and two types of UAV equipped with thermovision, which could be included in HaZZ SR are choosen.
