The bachelor thesis is focused on the fire safety of the production building, namely on the influence of fire-fighting equipment in the plant where plastic toys are produced. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to calculate and create a fire safety project of the building without the presence of electric fire alarm, stable fire extinguishing equipment and equipment for heat and combustion products conducting in operation, then in the presence of the abovementioned fire-fighting equipment and compare and evaluate the discovered results. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, we discussed the current state of the solution of fire-fighting equipment on the basis of the relevant legislation, laws and decrees. Furthermore, the basic parts of fire-fighting equipment and the principle of their operation are listed and described. In the practical part, we focused on the conception of two alternatives.
