Based on the rapid growth of the market economy, as well as the changes and transformation of the economy in our country, the importance and further development of the private sector and entrepreneurship is becoming far morei mportant. The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to create own business plan for virtual company named „Your Bystricka“. In the theoretical part we focused our attention on the definition of the basic concepts related to the topic of business in general. We analyzed all types of companies that could be established in Slovakia and we described the basic features and conditions that must be met when creating every single one of them. In the last part we aimed our attention to the basic characteristics and essentials of the business plan. We based out practical part on the gathered information. The results we achieved are based on our own calculations, predictions and assumptions for the following five years. Concerning the results of the financial plan, we claim that business will be profitable.
