This bachelor thesis is focused on kvantification and optimization of decision making process in company BUV-ŠPECIÁL, spol. s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the theoretical basis for solving decision-making processes, to analyze the current state and to suggest variants of the solution of the problem. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the thesis focuses on the explanation of decision-making processes and logistics from the theoretical point of view. The second part focuses on decision-making and evaluation methods in proces of selecting suppliers, using benefit analysis and paired comparisons. The result of this work is to point out the shortcomings in the evaluation and subsequent selection of suppliers and the proposal of solution and optimization of this process.
