The bachelor thesis presents decision-making processes in the selection of suppliers for the company BSH DRIVERS AND PUMPS S.R.O. The thesis is divided into two chapters. In the first part, we dealt with the theory of decision-making and logistics in the procurement process. In the second part, we focused on the optimization of the decision-making processes while selecting suppliers with the help of utility method without paired comparison and paired comparison method of utility, as well. The aim of this analysis was to properly optimize decision-making in the process of supplier selection. At the end of this bachelor thesis, we provided evaluation and recommendations for the future decision-making in selecting suppliers for the company.
