The bachelor thesis creates a new concept of furnishing studio apartments. It deals with the issue of insufficient space for standard kitchen and thus comes with its own solution. This makes it possible to create an ideal cooking environment, as well as dining in disadvantaged apartments by size or layout. It combines the efficiency of work with the aesthetic interconnection of space. It oncludes the process of solving problem from basis analysis through research, inspirational sources and design development to the final product and its implementation. In first part it deals with the solving with the theoretical problem and detecting current solution. It examines the results of ergonomic studies and transforms them into their own concept. The second part discusses the application of these procedures into design process and describes it. The third part introduces the properties and elements of the final solution and its use.
