The content of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the provision of reporting and warning services in the conditions of the Slovak Republic and the subsequent suggestion of improving the way of warning the population in the event of an emergency. In my thesis we deal in more detail with the issue of warning and notification in Bratislava region. With the information provided directly from the crisis management section of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic, we find out how the reporting service has started to develop in Slovakia, we compare systems of early warning in selected European countries, and propose ways to provide additional warning information.
