Degree of professional qualification: Engineer, abbr ,, Ing .” Zvolen Technická univerzita 2019. 74 s.The aim of the thesis was to characterize the optimal capital structure of the company. The work is divided into two parts The first is devoted to theoretical knowledge, the definition of basic concepts, the analysis of optimal structure using the additive and ratio indicators of debt, the golden rule of financing, the calculation of capital costs as well as models of property and capital structure optimization based on the curve theory U, MM model, WACC model and others. Part of the first part of the thesis is also a description of the goal, methods and methodical procedure of work. The second part is analytical and its subject of business activity, development of property and capital structure based on financial statements, which are presented in short form, analysis of property and capital structure using models for calculation capital costs and optimization models, which were presented on the theoretical part. The conclusion is devoted to a summary of the findings and draft recommendations for the analyzed company.
