We were dealing with corporate culture and motivation of woodworking and forestry enterprises in the diploma thesis. We arise out of the theory of corporate culture and motivation of employees in the theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis consists of an analysis of the motivation of employees of woodworking and forestry enterprises in Slovakia, as well as of an analysis of the corporate culture of the given enterprises. The information needed to compile the analysis was obtained by the means of questionnaires of randomly selected woodworking and forestry enterprises in Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is to analyze motivation in individual companies, using motivation factors. The next step of the practical part was to evaluate the questionnaires of corporate culture and to find out the difference of motivation of employees and corporate culture of woodworking and forestry enterprises in Slovakia.
