This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the fourth industrial revolution, itsimportance, possibilities of use in various branches of production, but also on nonproduction sphere and also on the overall impact of economic and social situation inindividual enterprises, after implementation of the fourth industrial revolution concept. Inthe same way, this work also highlights the benefits of optimizing production processes,increasing overall labor productivity, reducing the time required to perform individualoperations, generating more required products, and increasing overall company revenue.All theoretical analyzes and analyzes concerning not only the fourth industrial revolutionbut also the previous three industrial revolutions are summarized in the theoretical part ofthis work in chapters 1-15. Chapter 16 contains a practical part of this work, in which the present state of the Svet zdravia, a.s. as well as the desired state of the enterprise in termsof the fourth industrial revolution.
