It analyses the tools that are currently used in online communication and branding environments. The theoretical part is devoted to marketing, namely marketing of services and online marketing, definition of brand and its elements. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of customer satisfaction with the services provided by the selected company and the analysis of the company website. The goal of the thesis is to design tools for building a brand of a company through online tools. The conclusion is devoted to a specific suggestion.
