The business environment is characterized by changing conditions and increasing business competition therefore the assessment of the financial stability of a company has become a continuous process. Financial stability of the company is based on the principles and processes of the financial-economic analysis of a company. The management of the company can assess the company's current status and identify factors with financial-economic analysis and make effort to eliminate financial problems by allowing the company to take appropriate arrangements. The aim of diploma thesis is evaluation of financial stability of the company by complex financial analysis of a five-year period and subsequently predicting its future development. We also want to specify relevant recommendation of achievement of stable financial situation in following years.
