The primary aim of my final bachelor thesis was to develop a project documentation of a multi-functional apartment building at the level of the implementation project. The building is located in the Bratislava region, specifically in the cadastral area of the city of Bratislava part of the new city. The building plot on which this apartment complex is designed is partly built but the building is designed for demolition. The parcel is designed to stop it is not necessary to add value to the settlement. And, of course, to fit into the environment. The object with its design and shape is designed to copy the shape of the water surface and to blend its color with nature is therefore the facade of pleasant yellow sand. For refinement, the Facade is completed with pilasters, which are dark gray in color. The building itself is designed as three block blocks with seven above-ground floors and one subsurface that connects this object. The external visual link is the two parters that arose from the preload of the first overground floor between the blocks. Which were then used as a roof roof, on which the terraces of the rentable premises were created. What has overall fulfilled the concept of added value for its surroundings. After the completion of the construction and after the cultivation of the surrounding land, flooding the woods and planting the next green will create a suitable space for life.In each block there are twenty-two three-room apartments, which are completed in the first and partly the second floor by polyfunction. But it does not harm the harmony of life in this area. There is one parking space for each apartment in the underground floor. A separate cellar cellar. At this stage the technical and economic background of individual blocks is also included. Each has a separate boiler room. And centrally there is a room for maintenance staff.
