For my bachelor thesis I proposed the project to organize the construction of a residentialbuilding. The concept of the proposal itself was based on studio design. I designed theconstruction so that it is economical, efficient, and that construction work is runningsmoothly. The construction technology and the mechanisms to be used throughout theconstruction were selected with regard to the above-mentioned parameters. I determinedthe number of workers in a way that the composition of the crew could be always fullyused and may not have to be changed frequently.The construction schedule and the drawing of the situation to the project constructionorganization are in the annexes. In the schedule, the individual works are plannedgradually to make effective use of time, to comply with the conditions set by the standardsand to take into account the suppliers of individual building materials. I split theconstruction area so that the areas for the work preparation are not overlapped and theworkers have enough space for construction work.In the second part of the bachelor thesis I deal with the technological regulation of themonolithic ceiling slab, of casting of monolithic ceiling slabs, where I describe in detail theprogress of this activity and the principles that must be respected during these works on theceiling at a residential building on the street Pri Hrubej lúke in the urban district Dúbravkain the city of Bratislava.
