Zvolen: TU, 2019. 88 s.The issue of corporate culture is the topic of the thesis. The thesis is focused on description, definition of corporate culture, its levels and aspects. The theoretical section deals with the issue following the opinions of authors specialized in corporate culture. Typologies and models applied in corporate culture with a detailed focus on the views of Cameron and Quinn are described in the thesis. Corporate culture in organizations is analysed in the empirical section of the thesis in more detail. The research is conducted using the OCAI (The Oganizational Culture Assessment Instrument) based on the Competing Values Framework – CVF of the authors Cameron and Quinn. The main aim of the thesis is to identify the impact of socio-demographic characteristics on the development of corporate culture in Slovakia. Results gathered in the research following the analysis of the sample dataset in terms of age and gender of respondents are presented in the conclusion of the thesis.
