This thesis deals with the competitive strategies and its main objective is to analyze and propose a suitable competitive strategy for selected company. A thesis is based on the theoretical knowledge of competitive strategies and tries to formulate and also describes possibilities of their use. Based on the analysis and evaluated situation of selected company, a proposal of suitable competetive strategy which can ensure a possible future growth of the company is created. Finally, solution is proposed for more efficient use of competitive strategy and reaches better competitive possition at the dynamically changing market with still rapidly growing competition.
