GREŠKOVÁ, Daniela: Corporate culture [Bachelor thesis] – Technical University in Zvolen, Department of Bussiness Economics. Bachalor thesis supervisor: Ing. Silvia Lorincová, PhD. Zvolen TU, 2019. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the theme of corporate culture. The theoretical part will define the basic concepts such as culture, corporate culture, content and strength, elements and functions of corporate culture, typology and finally the concept of generation and its division. The practical part of the bachelor thesis will focus on the analysis of corporate culture using the OCAI questionnaire method, according to the authors Cameron and Quinn. The aim of the work will be based on theoretical definition and more detailed analysis of corporate culture in enterprises to examine and compare the views of respondents on the perception of corporate culture from the perspective of age categories.
