The bachelor thesis is focused on the manager's environment and the use of psychological knowledge in the manager's work. At present, high demands are placed on the manager. Manager's work is mentally demanding and stressful. Managing this stressful job position is problematic. The manager's environment is usually not well adapted to his needs. Often, in practice, the manager gets into psychological difficulties, especially because of inappropriate environment. The manager often works under stress, which not only affects the manager himself, but also his colleagues and his wider social environment. Adequate stress management by managers is essential to his mental or physical health. The empirical part is focused on the questionnaire survey, which investigates the manager's relationship to the environment in which he lives and works.
