The topic of the diploma thesis is the analysis of temperature in the process woodworking. The specific objective of the work is the design a measuring chain for temperature sensing in the process of wood milling. The introduction describes the problems of machining and heat generation in nozzles, workpieces, and tools. The following are methods for measuring the temperature of thermocouples, thermistors, pyrometers, thermal indicators, and thermal imaging cameras. The following is the creation of a measuring chain for non-contact temperature measurement and the selection of a temperature sensor. We chose the contactless temperature sensor CTLF-CF4-C3. Furthermore, a proposal for placing the sensor on the table of the lower spindle milling cutter is made. We modelled the placement of the sensor on the bottom spindle cutter in the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2020 program. Finally, we made a scheme of the sensor wiring.
