Compliance with labour law in the practice of entrepreneurs in industrial relations and all obligations arising therefrom is a very interesting and extensive topic, as we meet in everyday life the employment relationship between Employees and employers, which are detailed in the Labour Code. In terms of legislation, employment relations are mainly regulated by the Labour Code, which is based on various laws, such as the OSH Act and the work order, when concluding employment contracts and agreements. In the current world, compliance with the legislation and all obligations on the part of employers is a major issue. Some employers abide by these laws, others are avoiding this law. The most common problems are paying wages, observing OSH, etc. In the event of non-compliance with the rules on industrial relations, employers are threatened by sanctions provided for by the criminal law. Therefore, these laws need to be followed as a result of not only the satisfaction of both stakeholders (employees and employers), but also the security and preservation of the company's reputation.
