The diploma thesis is focused on marketing analyzes in a selected company of Drevinslovakia Ltd. and subsequent evaluation of given analyzes. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters with further subchapters. In the first chapter, we analyzed the theoretical outcomes of the issue. In the subchapters, we discussed marketing analysis, macroenvironment, microenvironment, Porter’s analysis, STEP analysis, SWOT analysis and segmentation of market and it’s process. In the second and third chapter, we defined the aim and methodology of diploma thesis. In the fourth chapter, we summarized the characteristics of the company and its surroundings and in the subchapter we analyzed the company's products. In the fifth chapter, we performed an analysis of the product, needs and expectations and analysis of customer and competition. The fifth chapter also contains Porter's Five Forces analysis, STEP and SWOT analysis and market segmentation. Based on the analyzes, we came to certain conclusions and recommendations for the company.
