This graduation thesis is aimed on the methods of analysis of vibrations in the mechaning process. It defines basic terminology and quantities of vibrations and sound intensity. The thesis explains the proces and causes of formation of mechanical oscillatory motion. It describes the principle of activity of sensors. It investigates the chosen methods of analyses of vibration diagnostics. In the experimental part the thesis obtains input values with the help of a microphone, and subsequently analyses then by means of Fast Fourier transform. The thesis points to the importance of regular monitoring of vibrations, as a basic tool of early diagnostics of damaged parts of the machine, as well as security and prevention of the producting outgate.
