The aim of the work is to analyse the effects of local climate development on the sewer network of the town of Liptovský Mikuláš with the perspective of the development of rain intensities into the future using software tools. To achieve the objectives of the work, specialized software is used to focus on the hydraulic assessment of the trails and simulation of the rainfall-runoff process. The work contains an overview of the issue, its analysis based on available information and a proposal of measures for the solution.
