This thesis focuses on the design of a public cafeteria space, inspired by the lesser known work of the architect Ladislav Eduard Hudec. The solution interprets its principles used in architectural activity, points to its wide-ranging work and strives to combine functionality with aesthetics. The work is based on the subtitle called spatial experience as a designer's inspiration and seeks to create a space with a real story. The final interior adheres to the rules of functionalism but also pays homage to the architect's original approach to this modern style.
