Patrik Aláč, PhD., Zvolen 2019Main aim of the diploma thesis was to analyse present condition of the chosen enterprise and subsequent suggesttion of effective methods for better utilitazation and optimization of the capacitied in production. In the first chapter of the work we mention thoughts from the authors, who focus on the issues in logistics. The core of the thesis is the chapter called Results of the work, where we characterise enterprise, then we analyse it is present condition. We also characterise it is products logistics and process of production. Subsequently, we focus on calculation of usable time fund and required production capacities. Utilization ratio will show us whether the capacity in monitored quarter is sufficient or insufficient. If the enterprise gets sufficient information about it is capacities, providing the fact they are quantified, the enterprise can control whole logistics chain more easy, which consists of material flow, distributors, depoz and distribution to customer. Final part of this chapter is Suggestion if the solution, which contains suggestion and changes for optimization of production process.
