The main target of the master thesis was to design a water fixed fire extinguishing system in the specific environment according to STN EN 12845:2015 technical standard. At the same time, we described and examined a fixed fire extinguishing system and its functionality. In the Methodology chapter, we primarily aimed at choosing the proper water fixed fire extinguishing system. Not only we classified the environment into hazard classes but we also chose appropriate fire sprinkler heads. Furthermore, we proposed a water supply plan and hydraulic calculation criteria. With proposed fixed fire extinguishing system we will ensure fire protection in manufacturing and storage environment as well as the safety of persons.
