The aim of the final thesis was to design and develop the project of low energy multifunctional building in Bratislava. The focus of the final thesis was on office building and it's thermal insulation properties. The building has 6 upper stories and one underground story with garage facilities. The ground floor has units for lease -- shops and boutiques. From second up to fourth floor there are only office facilities. The office units are designed for two up to four persons. On the fifth floor,the top floor of the building, is situated restaurant. In my final thesis my main aim was design of the building, architectural proposal, construction proposal with focus on materials and it's properties. I tried to design low- energy, ecological and health friendly building.
