This work is specialized on a plan of a building solution of a tier flat house from CLT panel system. An architectonical solution is chosen from a professional architect for the plan. The main tasks of the plan in work are tracks and analysis of TTV attributes of constructions from CLT panels, static system, fire resistance and acoustics of constructions of the flat house. Also, there is processed a structural overview and characteristic of building constructions with a use of CLP panels. The result of this flat house building plan is to process documentation for building permission and part of documentation for realisation. A 3D architectural and structural visualisation is processed by software Sketchup for the planned flat house.
