The thesis deals with process control, production processes and their evaluation in the company ARES M s.r.o. The aim of this work is to suggest improvements through process control in a particular manufacturing enterprise. The first part of the thesis is focused on explanation of process, process management, controlling and its functions in company management. It is divided into several subchapters, each dealing with a different concept and its clarification. The second, practical part is divided into several chapters. The first one contains basic characteristics of the company, its financial situation, organizational structure and tasks at individual levels of management. Following is a description of business processes, there is a process map of management processes, a production process diagram and characteristics of non-production components of the company. The last part of the thesis is focused on the evaluation of controlling in the company, how it is used and where the reserves are. This is followed by a proposal for controlling reporting and implementation of process control tools. In conclusion, the risk factors in the production process and the propositions and recommendations that are not used by the company and can be beneficial for the future are assessed.
