The work focus on appraisal the influence of growth substrate and application of symbiotic fungi on growth of spruce plant. In the beginning of the experiment we applicate the symbiotic fungi into the prepared soil. Preparations like Mycorrhiza roots, Mycorrhize soluable contained symbiotic fungi, in prepared vermiculite overgrowth with fungal inoculum. Variations without symbiotic fungi were preparations with clean vermiculite, soil taken from forest stand and control sample. In this research we made 12 variations, each of them contained 3 repetition, every variant had 3 boxes with one substrate. With the focus of environment and possibility of climate control, we placed these boxes with seed of spruce to the greenhouse of Technical University in Zvolen. After one vegetation period, we took out 15 seedlings from boxes. We observed 7 seedlings with the magnifying glass to find out the mycosis roots and to make a classification of morphotypes. We observed all of 15 seedlings with focus of biometric characteristics like height and weight on the part above the ground, total weight of dry matters, weight of roots and relation to the parts above the ground. Thereafter the identified results were evaluated with two phase analyse, which should showed us significant statistical differences. Statistically significant was just weight of the roots, with 31,25% difference between Mycorrhizou roots and forest ground. The variation Gramoflor and Mycorrhiza roots reached the maximum weight of the root. The best results of mycorrhiza were with Agro CS and forest soil variation. Overall representation of morphotypes proved to be statistically insignificant.
