The diploma thesis main aim is apply of audit procedures at audit planning and its realization of the selected balance sheet item is carried out in the THORMA Výroba limited partnership. Thesis theoretical part is focused on short history of audit in the world and at Slovakia, we analyzing theoretical basis, issues of conditions and rules of financial audit. In the next part of diploma thesis is analyzed actual situation in selected company and we determined order risk. The final part of diploma thesis include preparing plan and realization of financial audit. After than we evaluation of identified risks on based theoretical part.
