Bratislava, 2019 - Bratislava: SvF STU, 2019.The Thesis in theoretical part is focusing for explaining development of housing in Slovakia and in Bratislava. According development of housing we know, that most overload of housing development was in Bratislava. We explain reason of climatic change and their outcome for city and citizens, nature, and general live in town, which is outcome more economic load for housing as well. In the practical, suggestive part of the design possible ideological step in all of the terrier area in Devínska Nová Ves, which is overload by traffic. The traffic is caused by VW company, where raising air temperature by hot roof as well.We are dealing with it more closely with part where is housing development and with design courtyard.As a detail of solution we set up model area in housing which include street, square and courtyard, where solution emphasis the need not only for the necessary component of clime condition of the site but also for the aesthetic effect of space on their inhabitants. The aim is create good solution with emphasis for focusing on outcome climatic and their improvement, and so increase the quality of life of residents as the primary component of the city.The relationship to the environment through participation and the creation of social contact is important intangible element of such spaces through which people will not only walk but also to stop in them and spend their free time as well. Residence and courtyard will not only by mindless malfunctioning spaces between apartment buildings.
