The aim of the bachelor thesis is to consider the possibility of application selected methods of lean production, which would ensure the continuity and efficiency of production with a focus on accomplishment of customer requirements in the company Confal a.s. We chose the MUDA method as the most suitable method, which result is the analysis of waste and reengineering. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on a theoretical analysis of the issue and selected methods that are used for the application of lean manufacturing and waste disposal. The second part characterizes the current state of production in the company. In the third part, an analysis of waste was realized with an emphasis placed on non-conforming products, which we addressed in more detail. Based on the findings, we proposed measures to improve production processes.
