The locality is placed in the central part of the town on the north outskirt of Petržalka in the locality Lido which faces Eurovea. For a long period this territory was conceptually reserved for developing citywide and above-urban metropolitan facilities. Compared with the Old town the whole territory has an inconvenient position from the point of view of dardinal directions. The most lucrative views over Danube and the Bratislava castle are oriented towards the north, while the south side of the territory is bounded by the frequent Einstein street. From the eastern side it is bounded by the bridge Košická and from the western Jantar road (Old bridge). Due to this, the proposed polyfunctional object encloses into a innerblock, interrupted in the parterre and in the directions towards the town square and the castle. A courtyard gallery is situated on the northern side where the object reaches up to five floors. The rest of the building is composes of four-floored sections. A coffee-place and the administration, on the first floor, are located in the southern two-storied part of building. Rentable areas, and two to four-room flats with the day sector orientated into the innerblock are in the rest of the building.
