The aim of the thesis was to develop the implementation project of a parking house with retail space. The parking house is situated in Bratislava, Staromestská Street, in the grounds of the existing parking lot. The parking house consists of two underground and four above-ground storeys. The building is divided into the space with parking places, the part of customer service and the part of technical equipment. The house has 280 parking places and vehicle movement is led by one-way road. The load-bearing system combines the parking house wall and skeletal system.
