Bratislava: FA STU, 2014 This diploma thesis deals with the design of a tricycle, more specifically, a motorcycle which is used in town and its surroundings as a means of spending free time. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the history and the development of three-wheel motor vehicles, the categorization of tricycles, obligatory as well as basic equipment of the cyclist, the environmental effects of the traffic on the environment as well as the alternative drives.The practical part analyses the construction; it explains the basic technical types of the driving part necessary for all electrical vehicles; it deals with the ergonomics and safe driving.The project deals with the process of the creation, the inspiration, the target group, the coloring, the ergonomics of the tricycle, and it is also supplemented by visualizations.
