The aim of the thesis was to restore the use of the source of salt water in the northernmost village in Slovakia, near Orava Polhora. The actual Source is 2,5 km far away from the village. The selected planning solution uses this area for recreational purposes, which represent a refuge from city life. The territory offers three levels of escape from the city, provide a relaxing space suitable for walking, relaxation and tourism. The main building of urbanism consists of functional filling of hotel and spa parts. In the area, the building is fitted at the bottom of the slope, while dominates the surrounding environment, represents person the initial contact with recreational area and is the first boundary between levels of loneliness. The building has the ability to change their identity and thus to create different degrees of intimacy, both indoors as well as outdoors. The concept of distribution hotel and spa spaces is divided into two independent units linked by bridging. There is a boarding area in front of the building, where the transitionto the interior area is dominated. The task boarding is to hide all the static traffic and leave nature to people. Construction is stored in the ground and above creating a green belt, which further suppresses its presence in the environment.
