The aim of the bachelor's thesis is based on the analysis of the risks of production processes in a particular company to participate in the development of a new online system for quality control. By analyzing the risks and developing a new online system for quality control in the company, we expect simplification of work in the machining segment. To achieve the best possible results, we drew on the basics of quality management systems, and we used the knowledge from the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. We also drew information from books by Czech renowned authors. In the bachelor's thesis, in the theoretical part, we deal with the mentioned quality management, process management and process approach, ISO standard, which determines quality. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, we focused on solving a specific problem that is closely related to eliminating the risks of processes in the machining segment. The problem is that the process of inspecting suitable and unsuitable parts is lengthy and complicated. Also in the machining segment - quality control planning, quality control takes a lot of time and thus creates one job position, which could free up over time and thus streamline a certain place. The solution is to bring a new program called Chy.stat to the whole system, which means "smart statistics". We expect that the implementation of the Chy.stat application will reduce the risks we have analyzed in the machining segment, thus leading to faster and easier quality control.
