The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the ethical environment in selected manufacturing companies in Slovakia. Based on the analysis, to propose an algorithm of steps to strengthen the ethical environment in manufacturing companies in Slovakia. Based on a literature review, the work identifies the types of ethics, its origin and history, morality and risks that threaten non-compliance with ethical principles. In the analytical part, the results of the questionnaire showed the impact and influence of ethics and ethical behavior in the workplace, but also the violation of moral principles in individual manufacturing companies. Finally, there is a summary of the results and a proposal for strengthening the ethical environment in manufacturing companies and a proposal for the sequence of steps on how it is possible to strengthen the ethical environment in manufacturing companies in Slovakia.
