In bachelor work we focus on problematics of quality management system area, specifically on performing internal audits according to the new ISO standard „Guidelines for auditing management systems (STN EN ISO 19011:2019)“. The goal of this work was to suggest and create a sequence of steps to introduction a new standard connected to internal directive which would be universal and ready to use for many different companies. To accomplish our goal, we chose one specific company which we were analysing and based on factual situation we were able to create an internal directive. After the analysis we had enough information to create a usable internal directive with which we successfully fullfiled the goal of our work.
