The aim of the diploma thesis is to develop an innovatiive project on the topic of the Green School, which includes the rencotruction and completion of an unused bulding, in which the Sovička kidergarten will be relocated. The focus in the theoretical part of the work is on innovation, projects and innovation projects. The practical part describes a specific project, which includes the reconstruction of the kindergarten building and an involvement into the "Green School" program. The discussion on this topic consists of two parts. The first part deals with the possibility of shortening the length of the innovation project, while the second part describes examples of activities of the environmental program "Green School".
