The submitted diploma thesis focuses on the survey of unethical practices in the field of mobile services. The first part of the diploma thesis analyzes the theoretical basis of solved problems and defines the basic concepts. The second part of the thesis is oriented on the analysis of unethical behavior of mobile operators towards their customers and finding out the fact whether consumers see a connection between the application of an ethical program at the mobile operator and its real interest in behaving ethically. It also deals with individual companies that provide telecommunications services and their codes of ethics. In the third part, we analyzed the data obtained and offered our own suggestions and recommendations based on the evaluated of the results.
