In the diploma thesis, we focused on a survey of compliance with ethical principles in a selected company from the perspective of Slovak customers. The aim of the diploma thesis is to review the current state of the ethical environment in the selected company and to design an ethical program, which includes the various mechanisms of ethical management. In the theoretical part of the work, we defined the basic concepts of business ethics, we looked at the ethical program of the organization and focused on the meaning, function, content and implementation of the ethical code in the company. In the practical part of the work we defined the selected company and through the results of a survey, which focused on selected tools of the marketing mix, we evaluated compliance of the ethical principles of the company from the perspective of its customers. The output of the work is a proposal of the ethical program that takes into consideration the needs of the company in terms of ethics.
