The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the specific customer requirements for Continental Automotive Systems Slovakia s.r.o. and establish internal audit documentation to verify compliance with those specific requirements. The work is focused on the requirements arising from the automotive standard IATF 16 949: 2016, their understanding and control of their fulfillment. The work is divided into five parts. The first part presents an analysis of the current state of the automotive industry in the world and in Slovakia, new trends in the automotive industry, such as electromobility or autonomous management and legislation on emissions. The second part is an analysis of documents used for quality management in the automotive industry as a standard IATF 16 949 and ASPICE. The third part contains a presentation of customers and an analysis of specific customer requirements. The fourth part presents the draft audit procedure prepared by us. The fifth part contains the above-mentioned own proposals of audit documentation and preparation for the audit of two customers. Applicable outputs of the work are proposals for audit documentation, a model for an action plan, customer presentations suitable for employee training and a document containing relevant requirements for the R&D workplace.
