The aim of the diploma thesis was to design a marketing strategy for the company LUNIT, s.r.o.. The first part of the thesis was focused on the basic characteristics of the marketing concepts such as marketing, marketing environment, marketing strategy. The content of the second, practical part is basic information about the respective company. Three decision models were applied in the thesis, namely BCG matrix, GE matrix and SWOT analysis. Based on the information obtained, we constructed a BCG matrix which was used to determine the company's business portfolio, focused on products and customers. In order to remove possible errors of the BCG matrix and a more comprehensive evaluation of the internal and external environment, a GE matrix was used, where qualitative and quantitative parameters were evaluated. A SWOT analysis was performed by identifying strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities. Based on the results of the decision models, we recommended the selected company to implement the so-called aggressive strategy.
