The goal of the presented diploma thesis is to adapt the theoretical findings in the area of the Management of Change and through the gained information to plan and prepare the project of change in the particular enterprise. The thesis is prepared theoretically and practically as well. The theoretical part provides information about the particular types, models and processes of the Management of Change. The practical part, based on the theoretical knowledge, is focused on the planning the changes in the enterprise. The results of the SWOT – analyse and the analyse of the force field, which identify the necessary changes, are summarized in the introduction to the analytical part. The heart of the thesis consists of the formation of the project team, determination of change purposes, identification of intervention area, planning and suggestion of particular change in the enterprise. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is created by the time schedule and calculation of the financial and personal sources, required for implementation of the change, which will assure the competitiveness and long-term prosperity of the enterprise.
