Abstrakt v primárnom jazyku

Design work is mainly about the expression of one’s own opinion and identification with the theme, so this master’s thesis is focused on and written according to my artistic conception, my opinion and understanding of the subject, which is the solitaire – furniture that is different. In the introduction, the thesis focuses mainly on understanding the basic concepts and clarifying the purpose of the work, and the way how to be different. The next part focuses on a broader analysis of concepts related to the topic and the formation of a more concrete picture. The last part of the thesis describes the design process from basic shape concepts to an elaborated final version. The goal of the ultimate philosophy is to bring to market a functional, innovative product; we have chosen a library – (not) a library in artistic design that will meet the demanding requirements of today's consumer.
