In this final work, the design of a residential building project is solved at the level of the implementation project. It is located in the village Lendak in the Kežmarok district. The apartment house consists of 5 floors and one underground floor. On the first floor there is a polyfunction, cellar cellars and a boiler room. The underground floor has 25 parking spaces. The second to fifth floor consists of 4 dwelling units. A combined system with a perimeter wall and columns of reinforced concrete is used as a support system. The roof structure is a flat, single-layer roof.
