Building is situated in Kráľovské údolie at castle hill in Bratislava. The area has a beautiful view of the Old City, Nový most, Petržalka and most Lafranconi. Solved land is on the southern slope, which was the basis for ecological concept solutions. Effort to maximize the use of sunlight actively and passively originated the concept of a simple cuboid with recesses in the mass, so the light passes into the bowels of the building. The project solve four luxury apartments with a common entrance and parking in the basement. On the top floor there is a fitness and wellness center for residents. In its proposal, I tried a simple and clean layout bundle of flats while retracting the exterior inside. The northern side of the city villa based on slope, so living room is located to the south, east and west side. All apartments are sunny thanks to the large glass and terraces.The aim of the project was to create a comfortable living in the countryside, which combines the advantages of an apartment and a house. Residents have privacy in their apartments but also common areas for interaction.
