Aim of the thesis was to develop a set of low-energy residential buildings for living in Pezinok - the district called Cajla. The proposed set of objects is complemented by facilities for the territory, with the functional areas for children, youth and seniors. The proposal emphasizes the high proportion of green spaces and recultivation of the current one. Important aspects in urban design was the need to link the proposed links with the surrounding area. In a given area are currently CP (civil protection) stores with extensive green spaces. The surrounding areas consist of houses and vacant land intended for construction of residential zones. There is a large construction of detached houses mainly from the western side on the current location. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the urban design of the area and the proposal of residential buildings at the architectural studies. A substantial part is the proposal of low-floored residential houses. Urban design is concerned with the solution functional area, but particularly with regard to the possibility of using passive solar gains, which are then necessary to create an energy-efficient housing. Therefore significant roles in complex design are distances of objects and their orientation to the cardinal points. The proposal also addresses the interconnection of functional areas between them. At design of residential buildings was except of the basic concept of the need for energy-efficient solutions also social aspects of housing. Therefore is the solution of surrounding areas of buildings also an important aspect of the thesis. The thesis is structured to be subject to standards for architectural study. The leaves are arranged hierarchically in order situational drawings, floor plans of each floor, longitudinal and cross-sections, looks at objects from all sides and visualization, supplemented by architectural detail, depth and scale denominator energy concept.
